After teasing out a few artists over the past few days, the Mountain Jam festival has announced their full lineup, including a day-by-day breakdown of artists. The festival will take place May 29-31 at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts in Bethel, N.Y.
Trey Anastasio Band, Gov’t Mule and Brandi Carlile headline the festival, along with other heavy hitters such as Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, Greensky Bluegrass, The Head and the Heart and Grace Potter.
Other highlights of the lineup include “American Son: Levon Helm’s 80th Birthday Celebration,” a tribute to Levon Helm featuring The Midnight Ramble Band and special guests. Andy Frasco and the U.N., Yola, Big Something and Midnight North will also be at the festival, along with many more.
“Mountain Jam 2020 is a unique and highly curated festival, separate and apart from other music festivals,” said Gary Chetkof, founder of Mountain Jam (via press release). “We are thrilled to welcome Trey for the first time in our 16-year history, as well as to welcome back some old friends and to spotlight many of the great women making music today.”
Warren Haynes, a co-presenter of the festival (as well as performer), added (via press release): “I’m glad to be returning to Mountain Jam again after last year’s maiden voyage at Bethel Woods. It’s a beautiful and historic site and a great place to host such a diverse three nights of music.”
