On Sunday November 22nd, 2015 the Oak Street business corridor in the neighborhood of Carrollton will be transformed into one of the most unique festivals in the world, the Oak Street Po-Boy Festival! This event features some of the finest restaurants, artists and musicians in the Crescent City, all coming together in appreciation of one of New Orleans most distinct and delicious creations… The legendary Po-Boy Sandwich.

Over 40 different food vendors will be serving up their own take on this tasty classic while some of the best local bands in town provide the soundtrack.

On top of all the fantastic food and music, Po-Boy Fest is also excited to add the return of an Arts Market. The Where Y'Art Market will feature 25+ local artists with an eclectic array of  handmade and one-of-a-kind artworks.

The Oak Street Po-Boy fest is a uniquely New Orleanian festival, designed to honor the humble po-boy sandwich and to help revitalize the booming Oak Street business corridor. The Oak Street Po-Boy Festival is presented by the Oak Street Merchants, Residents and Property Owners, a Non Profit organization dedicated to promoting and sustaining the economic visibility of the Oak Street commercial corridor. "MRPO" is committed to combating blight and deterioration, and maintaining streetscape improvements.
