Michael Arnone's Crawfish Fest in Augusta, New Jersey, brings the sounds and eats of NOLA to Sussex County. The annual three-day event is a celebration of New Orleans culture and boasts over 20 brass, Cajun, zydeco, gospel, jazz and delta blues acts as well as numerous purveyors of po-boys, beignets, jambalaya and of course, crawfish.
