Planning tips for 2015 Jazz Fest, including first and second weekend dates

New Orleans Jazz Fest 2015 has unveiled its music lineup - the starting gun for thousands who make the pilgrimage to this annual party, which unfolds over successive weekends in April and May.

In 2014, about 435,000 visitors walked through the gates, and most of them - whether locals or visitors - had practical questions about shuttles, parking, tickets, restaurants, hotels, and the stuff you can't bring through security.
