New Orleans is going south by southwest. The festival has announced that Academy Award-nominee and producer Frank Marshall (one of the founders of Amblin Entertainment with Kathleen Kennedy and Steven Spielberg) has a Jazz Fest documentary in the works that will be previewed at this year’s SXSW Festival on March 19.
